We are always happy when our customers come to us in Aigen-Schlägl and choose THEIR special tonewood for making instruments.
Franz Schmeissl never stopped dreaming. In 2010 he built his first guitar under professional guidance. The fascination for this craft and for music has remained and has never let go of him.
Before he retired, Franz Schmeissl made a name for himself as a master baker and confectioner and as the author of 3 baking books.
Because the craft is fun and he loves music, he is currently preparing for his examen in instrument making in July.
There are so many beautiful, inspiring stories and personalities around us. We are happy to share such stories with our community.
