2024 has been a year full of challenges, but together we have managed them as best as we could. It was all the more special to come together yesterday and celebrate our achievements. We had every reason to do so. We also bid farewell to another valued colleague.
With Erwin, we say goodbye to a long-time and highly respected employee as he enters a well-deserved retirement. Thank you for your tireless dedication over the years. We wish you good health, joy, and happiness in this new chapter of your life!
Additionally, we were able to celebrate two significant service anniversaries:

- Heinz Haiß – Sawmill Specialist, 25 years
Together, they bring 40 years of experience to our company. Their commitment and outstanding work are invaluable to us. We truly appreciate them and thank them for their loyalty and dedication.
Loyal, long-term employees, a strong sense of teamwork, and cohesion are key pillars of our success. The past year has brought many changes in both organization and communication. Thanks to our respectful collaboration and open discussions, we were able to successfully reorganize and now look ahead to 2025 with optimism.
