As a specialist in high-quality soundwood for the international piano market, we consider it a particular responsibility to promote musical excellence where it begins: in the education of young talents. For this reason, Kölbl European Tonewood GmbH—together with numerous other partners—contributed to the sponsorship of a new C. Bechstein concert grand piano for the Rohrbach Regional Music School.
The grand piano stands for tonal precision, expressive power, and artisanal perfection—values that our resonance wood has embodied for generations. With this instrument, students are provided with a sound tool of the highest caliber, one that inspires creativity and sustainably supports musical development.
A special highlight was the sponsors’ concert on November 22, 2025, during which students, alumni, and teachers of the music school brought the new grand piano impressively to life. The concert provided an atmospheric setting to celebrate the successful collaboration between the music school and its sponsors and to experience firsthand the tangible impact of this commitment.
